Initial Diagnostic Evaluation

For in-depth psychiatric assessment. Medical, psychiatric, and social histories are gathered, and risk assessments are performed.

Full Follow-up

For medication management, including light psychotherapy, or for in-depth conversation regarding medication adjustment.

30 minutes

Medication Check-in

For 90-day follow-up appointments, refill requests, or uncomplicated medication adjustments.

10 minutes

Please Note:

  • Appointment fees are due at the start of the appointment.
  • Telepsychiatry appointment fees are the same as in-office appointment fees.
  • Upon request, a super bill may be provided to you following your appointment. You can contact your insurance carrier for reimbursement for out-of-network provider appointments. Reimbursement for out-of-network appointments is the responsibility of the patient; however, the clinic will offer any reasonable assistance.
